Acupuncture supports the body’s natural healing systems and can help reduce pain, lower stress, improve sleep, boost energy, and enhance immune function. Many patients also experience relief from digestive issues, hormonal and menstrual concerns, migraines, anxiety, and fertility challenges.
Your session begins with a thorough consultation so Dr. Lane can understand your symptoms and tailor your treatment. You’ll rest on a comfortable table while thin, sterile needles are gently placed at specific acupuncture points. Most people feel a light sensation or nothing at all. After the needles are inserted, you’ll relax for about 30 minutes while the treatment supports your body’s healing response.

Yes. Dr. Gigi offers telehealth consultations for patients who prefer to connect from home or are unable to visit the clinic in person. During these sessions, she takes time to understand your symptoms, health history, and overall wellness goals, and provides personalized guidance, herbal medicine recommendations, and lifestyle support. While telehealth does not replace in-person acupuncture treatments, it’s a valuable option for ongoing care, check-ins, and support between visits.
