Ear Seeds

Extend the benefits of acupuncture between treatments through small acupressure seeds placed on specific points of the ear.

What are ear seeds?

Ear seeds are a form of auricular therapy that uses small seeds or beads placed on specific acupuncture points on the ear. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the ear is considered a microsystem that reflects the entire body. By gently stimulating these points with ear seeds, ongoing acupressure can support the effects of treatment between sessions. Patients can lightly press on the seeds throughout the day to activate the points and reinforce the therapeutic benefits. Ear seeds are commonly used to support stress relief, emotional balance, pain management, sleep regulation, and overall nervous system support.

“I came to Healing Points after suffering from sciatic nerve pain for two weeks. After ER visits, MRIs, pain medication, and seeing a pain specialist, it was after my very first session with Dr. Gigi that I experienced the most relief. My real progress began with acupuncture, and now I’m a believer.

BTW—you’ll love Dr. Gigi! You can tell she truly loves what she does and genuinely cares about helping her patients.”
